Delivery and Returns

Delivery & Returns

Dispatch times

  • We can usually send plain items on a next day delivery, but on some brands, this can increase up to 3-5 working days.
  • If you have ordered a customised item, including logo or text, please look out for an artwork approval email that you will have to approve before we begin production, once this is approved your order will take between 7 and 10 working days.

Delivery Options

  • Free Local Delivery; - If you live around Swindon under one of the following postcodes delivery is free: SN1, SN2, SN3, SN4, SN5, SN6, SN25 or SN26. This service is offered weekdays between 9am & 1pm, if this could be an issue please get in touch with us.
  • Free click and collect service, depending on product and services chosen depends on time scale from order to collection, we will contact you via, Phone call, Email or Text Message when your product is ready
  • Paid DHL Courier Service, this service is next day from day of leaving us.

Delivery tracking

  • We use DHL couriers who provide you with full tracking once your order is dispatched. On the morning of the date of delivery, you also receive an email and Text message depending on what information you have provided, which gives you a one-hour window for your delivery time.

Other Delivery Information

  • Notes: Items cannot be left without a signature being given by the recipient. Products without a logo or personalisation will have an average delivery time of 1-2 working days or 3-5 working days depending on the product.
  • Products with a logo or other form of personalisation will have a standard delivery time of 7-10 working days.

Returns

  • If you have received the wrong item/s or your items are faulty, leave it to us to arrange collection for return.
  • If returning for any other reason, we ask that you organise the return of the items.

When we need to collect we use DHL. We ask you package the item back in all original packaging and let us sort the rest out.

If you are returning please ensure you either have it tracked or have a proof of posting in case of any issues.

How to make a return that’s our fault

  1. Contact us by phone (01793 614721) or email with your order number to hand
  2. We’ll contact DHL to collect the package.
  3. Return the unworn garments to us in their original packaging to the DHL driver when they collect.
  4. Leave the rest to us! We’ll provide a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.

How to make a return because they aren’t required anymore

  1. Contact us by phone (01793 614721) or email with your order number to hand to let us know your returning them and for what reason or I you need a replacement.
  2. You will need to pack them and send them back to us. Please make sure you have some form of proof of posting incase of the unlikely chance there is an issue on them arriving to us.
  3. Return the unworn garments to us in their original packaging.
  4. Leave the rest to us! We’ll provide a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned items or will post the replacement out to you.

If we cannot accept a return

We will replace all faulty customised items. However, we cannot provide returns on customised items that are not faulty. For that reason, we ask you to take your time when designing your custom clothing before submitting them for production.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund opened underwear/lingerie, control wear, hosiery, and swimwear unless faulty. We can exchange or refund these items if hygiene strips and tags are in place and the original packaging is unopened and unmarked.

Please note!

You have 28 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Unless goods returned are faulty, delivery surcharges cannot be refunded.
